FD Packaging Srl starts its activity in March 2016, continuing the pre-existing packaging activity for third parties started in 1982.
The main activity of FD Packaging is the packaging for third parties of liquid products, gels and creams in thermoformed plastic containers filled and welded in line.
The main areas of use are: Home Care, Body Care, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Food

To ever guarantee the quality of its products, FDP is structured to directly follow in-house all the steps of product realization.

Thanks to the high knowledge of thermoforming materials, that borns from the consolidated experience in the construction of packaging machines, our technicians are able to study and to propose customized solutions

The whole production process is internally carried out and it is carefully monitored and followed in every single phase, in compliance with the internal production procedures and certifications.

Quality Control
Our company quality system provides for the control of the entire process in a rigorous and certified way. In our interior we carry out:
- Check of raw materials and incoming packaging materials
- Validate printing process at our suppliers
- Samples and documentatiom archiving
- Sampling on behalf of the customer
- Conformity Declarations for the release of the finished product
We use certified external laboratories for specific Chemical-Physical and Microbiological checks.
