MONODOSE, WHAT IS IT?
The single-dose container can satisfy different needs, it is suitable for sales and/or promotional activities, both as a gadget and for the launch of a new products.
The thermoformed containers guarantee the freshness of the product and the practicality of use: greater product hygiene, minimum size, filling verified.
WHAT IS A SINGLE DOSE
The main activity of FD Packaging is the subcontract packaging of liquid products, gels and creams in thermoformed plastic containers filled and welded in line. The plastic container is called Monodose.
The single dose produced by FD Packaging can be in a standard or customized shape, thermoformed on one or both sides, it can be supplied in strip, single with straight cutting or single with outline cutting. It can have different opening systems (with pre-cut, without pre-cut, peelable ).
The capacity can be from 1 to 50ml.
The single dose can be labeled end-of-line on one or both sides or it can be produced using pre-printed films (up to a maximum of 4 color) in accordance to the artwork supplied by the final customer.
Materials, plastic films, mainly used for this purpose are multilayers composed by PET/PE, PET/PE/EVOH/PE, PVC/PE, PP/PA/PE, PP, PET/ALU/PET/COEX/PE (transpirant membrane 40 or 70 micron), TESLIN.
